Helmsley Carlton House sold for $170M (3/10/2010)

James Comtois - The estate of the late billionaire real-estate investor Leona Helmsley is selling one of its prime Manhattan hotels, the Helmsley Carlton House on 60 Madison Ave., for $170 million. The deal marks the start of selling off properties accumulated over four decades by the late Harry Helmsley.
